Will reporting here resolve my NSFAS issue?

No. NSFAS Observatory is a data initiative, not a complaints channel. We do not contact NSFAS on your behalf. Your submission contributes to the public picture so that the system can be held to account at scale.

Can I report anonymously?

No. Anonymous submissions cannot be deduplicated and would compromise the credibility of the data. We minimise what is collected and tightly restrict who can see it.

Can I update my submission later?

Yes. Go to the Update record page and use your email to retrieve your record. You will be sent a unique link.
